Every MEHDI piece is made to order and prepared specifically for your order. Our current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Production timing may vary depending on design, embroidery, embellishment, customization, measurements, fabric availability, and complexity.

Canada & United States Delivery: CAD $99 per order. U.S. customers may see the localized USD equivalent at checkout. Shipping is charged on every order; MEHDI does not currently offer free shipping. Production time is separate from courier transit time. Complex bridal, couture, unusually heavy, or highly embellished orders may require additional time or special delivery arrangements.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by Client Services.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours and before shipment, an approved cancellation is subject to a 25% Cancellation & Production Fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Are returns or exchanges accepted after delivery?
Because every MEHDI piece is made to order, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, fit preference, incorrect size selection, event cancellation, or other non-defect reasons.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears defective?
Contact MEHDI Client Services within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Please do not send the item back unless MEHDI authorizes the return.

What if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent after 48 hours?
Contact Client Services promptly after discovery. The issue will be reviewed based on the product, the information provided, and the circumstances.

What happens if MEHDI confirms a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error?
An appropriate remedy will be provided. If a return is required, reasonable return shipping will be covered or reimbursed where required.

Are small variations in handcrafted details considered defects?
Small variations in embroidery, beadwork, embellishment placement, colour tone, texture, or other artisanal finishing are natural characteristics of handcrafted garments and are not necessarily defects.

Are original shipping charges refundable?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipping has been incurred, except where MEHDI confirms responsibility for a defect, incorrect item, or fulfilment error, or where a refund is otherwise required.

Many MEHDI pieces feature hand embroidery, beadwork, embellishment, specialty textiles, or other artisanal finishing. Small variations in placement, colour tone, texture, and handwork are part of the character of handcrafted garments and are not necessarily defects.

Follow the care instructions on the product page or garment label. For embellished or couture pieces, professional specialist cleaning is generally recommended.
