Shipping & Delivery

Every MEHDI piece is made to order and prepared specifically for each client before being shipped to Canada.

Canada Shipping

Standard International Delivery: CAD $99 per order.

Shipping is charged on every order.

MEHDI does not currently offer free shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once incurred.

Unusually heavy, oversized, highly embellished, bridal or couture orders may require special delivery arrangements. If additional arrangements are required, Client Services will contact the customer before shipment.

Production Time

Our current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation.

Production time may vary depending on:

• Garment design

• Embroidery and embellishment

• Fabric availability

• Customization

• Measurements

• Complexity of the piece

Complex bridal, couture or highly customized pieces may require additional production time.

Production Time vs. Shipping Time

The 4–6 week estimate refers to production and does not include courier transit time.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless MEHDI expressly confirms a specific date in writing.

Customers with a specific event date should contact Client Services before ordering so that MEHDI can advise whether the requested timing is feasible.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.

After 48 hours and before shipment, cancellation requests may be accepted at MEHDI's discretion and, if approved, will be subject to a 25% Cancellation & Production Fee.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once incurred.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Please review your shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or has been transferred to the courier.

Duties, Customs & Other Charges

Where applicable, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees or other charges assessed by customs authorities, carriers or other third parties may be the responsibility of the customer unless MEHDI expressly states otherwise.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Courier transit times may vary and are outside MEHDI's direct control.

Delivery Issues

If your shipment:

• Appears significantly delayed

• Arrives damaged

• Contains an incorrect item

• Is marked delivered but cannot be located

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Shipping & Delivery Policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable Canadian consumer-protection law.
