Shipping & Delivery

Every MEHDI piece is made to order and prepared in Pakistan before being shipped to the customer in Canada.

Canada Shipping

Standard International Delivery: CAD $99 per order.

Shipping is charged on every order. MEHDI does not currently offer free shipping.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once incurred.

This flat rate is based on the typical packed weight of a MEHDI garment shipment from Pakistan to Canada. Unusually heavy, oversized, or highly embellished couture and bridal orders may require additional delivery arrangements; if so, Client Services will contact you before dispatch.

Production

Our current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Timing may vary by design and may depend on embroidery, embellishment, fabric availability, customization, measurements, and complexity. Complex bridal and couture orders may require additional time.

Production vs. Transit Time

Made-to-order production time is separate from courier transit time. Any production or delivery date is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing.

Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours and before shipment, an approved cancellation is subject to a 25% Cancellation & Production Fee. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Import Charges

Where applicable, import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or other destination charges assessed by Canadian authorities or the carrier are the customer’s responsibility unless MEHDI expressly states that they are included.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Address changes are not guaranteed once production or fulfilment has begun.

Delivery Issues

If a parcel appears delayed, damaged in transit, or marked delivered but cannot be located, contact Client Services at info@houseofmehdi.com with your order number.
