Made to Order

Every MEHDI piece is produced specifically for your order rather than held as conventional ready stock. This allows each garment to be prepared with the attention required for its design, finishing, embellishment, and sizing.

How It Works

1. Place your order. Select your preferred design and size, and provide any requested information.
2. Order review. MEHDI reviews the order before production. For bridal, couture, customized, or measurement-sensitive pieces, Client Services may contact you to confirm details.
3. Production. Your garment is prepared according to the selected design and confirmed specifications.
4. Quality review. The piece is reviewed before dispatch.
5. Shipping. Once production is complete, your order is prepared for delivery and tracking information is provided where available.

Production Timing

Our current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Timing may vary depending on the design, embroidery, embellishment, fabric availability, customization, measurements, and the complexity of the garment. Complex bridal or couture orders may require additional time.

Bridal & Couture

Bridal and couture orders may require additional consultation, measurements, or confirmation before production begins. If you have an event date, please share it with Client Services before ordering so the team can advise whether the requested timing is feasible.

Returns

Because MEHDI garments are made specifically for each order, purchases are generally final sale once production begins, subject to applicable consumer-protection rights. Please review sizing and product details carefully before confirming your order.
