Every MEHDI piece is produced specifically after your order is confirmed rather than taken from conventional ready stock. Production timing varies by design, embellishment, customization, and measurement requirements.

Use the Sizing & Measurements guide before ordering. If you need help selecting a size or the piece is measurement-sensitive, contact Client Services before placing your order.

You may cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours and before shipment, an approved cancellation is subject to a 25% Cancellation & Production Fee. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled for change of mind. Original shipping charges are non-refundable once incurred. After delivery, MEHDI does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, incorrect size selection, or event cancellation.

Our current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Timing may vary by design, and complex bridal, couture, customized, or highly embellished pieces may require additional time. Production time is separate from courier transit time.

Some pieces may support customization, measurement confirmation, or other production options. Availability varies by design. Use Bridal Consultation or contact Client Services before ordering.

Standard International Delivery to Canada is CAD $99 per order. Shipping is charged on every order; MEHDI does not currently offer free shipping. Unusually heavy, oversized, bridal, or couture orders may require special delivery arrangements.

Contact Client Services as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. Confirmed defects, damage, incorrect supply, or material misrepresentation will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection rights.
