Every MEHDI piece is made to order and prepared specifically for your order. Our current estimated production time is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Production timing may vary depending on design, embroidery, embellishment, customization, measurements, fabric availability, and complexity.

Canada Delivery: CAD $99 per order. Shipping is charged on every order; MEHDI does not currently offer free shipping. Production time is separate from courier transit time. Complex bridal, couture, unusually heavy, or highly embellished orders may require additional time or special delivery arrangements.

Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing by Client Services.

Change-of-mind cancellations: Orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 48 hours and before shipment, an approved cancellation is subject to a 25% Cancellation & Production Fee. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled for change of mind.

Shipping charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable once shipping has been incurred, except where MEHDI is required by law to refund them or where MEHDI confirms responsibility for a defect, incorrect item, or other fulfilment error.

After delivery: MEHDI does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, incorrect size selection, event cancellation, or other non-defect reasons because every piece is made to order.

Defects or incorrect items: If your order arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or with an apparent defect, contact Client Services within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging before sending anything back. If a manufacturing defect becomes apparent after this period, contact Client Services promptly after discovery. If MEHDI authorizes inspection and confirms a manufacturing defect or fulfilment error, an appropriate remedy will be provided and reasonable return shipping will be covered or reimbursed where required. Statutory consumer rights are not limited.

Many MEHDI pieces feature hand embroidery, beadwork, embellishment, specialty textiles, or other artisanal finishing. Small variations in placement, colour tone, texture, and handwork are part of the character of handcrafted garments and are not necessarily defects.

Follow the care instructions on the product page or garment label. For embellished or couture pieces, professional specialist cleaning is generally recommended.
